Franklin County Continuing the Political Revolution (FCCPR) has for the first time endorsed candidates for local office.  The public is invited to meet five candidates, ask them questions, share some refreshments, and learn more about FCCPR.

The candidates who will be present are:

Tim Dolan (Town Council, Precinct 5)

Otis Wheeler (Town Council, Precinct 7)

Doug Mayo (Town Council, Precinct 8)

Sheila Gilmour (Town Council, Precinct 6)

Bob Cooley (School Committee 4 year term, Write-In Candidate)

These candidates all came to FCCPR seeking an endorsement.  Their requests were carefully screened by FCCPR’s Endorsement Recommendation Committee and then submitted to the 300+ person membership for a vote.

FCCPR has also endorsed Don Alexander (School Committee 4 year term) who is unable to attend.  FCCPR believes they will all be excellent public servants, representing the best of Greenfield’s progressive values.

FCCPR is a democratic membership-based organization dedicated to fighting locally for the social, political and economic causes that were central to Bernie Sanders’ campaign for President.
