    Presenter Marianna Islam, Director of Programs and Advocacy at the Schott Foundation for Public Educations, is a philanthropic leader, long-time community organizer, and youth worker. A Worcester resident, Marianna is charged by her experiences as a mother, immigrant, Muslima, and woman of color to center and elevate the voices of marginalized communities in social justice movements.
