Organizations from both Western and Central Mass. are getting together to support Etel Haxhiaj (former Worcester councilwoman). Etel participated in the May 8th LUCE rapid response action in Worcester, the first community driven anti-ICE action in the country. Come hear her story.
Unlike elsewhere across the country, State Prosecutor Steven Gagne is continuing to press charges. Ever since May 8th, individual and community acts of resistance to ICE’s tactics of violently snatching people off our streets and committing murder, have sprung up across the United States to the point where these community actions are now a daily act of love, courage and democracy in Minnesota.
